The Sandhill Cranes are one of the largest birds of flight in the world and migrate to Alaska during the spring. Gail painted the cranes as they perform the mating dance, flapping wings, hopping up and down during their springtime ritual as they congregate in the open fields of the fertile Matanuska Valley. “Wing Dancing” is available as a mini print in an open edition giclee, printed on acid free paper with the highest quality inks, each hand signed by the artist.
