A Really Big Fish

Jeremy, our fishing guide with Alaska Drift Away Fishing, holding our guests King Salmon.  Moments later it was released.  We fished the last day of the catch and release King Salmon on the Kasilof River, Kenai Peninsula, Alaska, the next day the season closed almost two weeks early.  Very scary what is happening to our King Salmon this year in Alaska.  No fish for the freezer.

On the way down to fish we met our son Ron and his wife Janine for lunch at the Kenai Princess Lodge.  From left to right; Bob, me, Janine, my cousin Arlene Shuster, Ron, and Bob Shuster.  The sun shone the whole time during our trip.  We enjoyed lazy fishing days in the sunshine.
