Beautiful to watch the changing seasons on your lake again, Gail. And we have just begun the several days of heavy rain which herald in the change of seasons from our 7 months of summer. The skies will clear again in a few days and we can expect many more weeks of blue skies and sunshine before our 2 winter months.

Today I dug up over 6 lb of new potatoes from my vegie garden. It is cool enough to plant some winter crops.

I love your Mount McKinley paintings. I grew up in Alaska and many years ago I bought a print of yours called “Last Light” It inspires me as well as enthralls me with the beautiful quickly changing colors of Alaskan Mountains. I used to live in a cabin on a Lake in Alaska and your paintings recall my beautiful memories of Alaska.
